The Embassy Plaza

The Embassy Plaza Manila. This is one of my 3G type-structured skyscrapers. The design of the two columns is inspired by the two neoclassical towers of Makati’s Enterprise Center.

The Embassy Plaza Manila consists of two identical towers in green facade standing on a single podium. The structure has 40 floors and topped with a massive pyramidal crowns with spires. The podium has simple details with transparent windows and large lobby in the entrance.

The construction of this building took about a year. Lack of time and motivation for completing this project were the major cause of the delay. The initial design of the Embassy Plaza Manila was not materialized.

The first design of the Embassy Plaza Manila was structured to have a mall as a podium. Unfortunately, the mall structure that was already finished that time was accidentally ruined (Actually natapakan siya nung ginagawa ko T.T). The decision was made to replace the mall because of the massive damage. The following design featured a smaller podium enough to stand the two columns to save space.
